Ordered multi-month supply of their slimvance green drink and they sent me stuff that expires in April. When I called they told me they discontinued it in September and this was the last of their supply. I explained to them I wasn't even planning on using this for a couple months, every other time I've ordered it it has over a year shelf life, not 2 months. The only solution offered to me is that I return it to a store for a refund. I explained to them I have to do virtual school during the day and work at night. There is no gnc close to me. I'm then put on hold for 10 minutes and am told the same thing again. So, I have to take time out of my life to fix their mistake. I shouldn't have even been able to order them and there was no sign of it being discontinued on their website. Not gonna be shopping there again.
Order never arrived after over 2 weeks. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it until 15 days after the order was placed. Had to contact customer service 3 times until a refund was given because of incorrect information they have previously gave me. Was also told that a supervisor would contact me via email within 72 hours of the second time I contacted and it has now been about a week with no email from a supervisor.

I placed an order for $685.65 - days went by and no order # so called them - no history of order - twice disconnected. Then on third call they said could not process because amount too high, problem with a Chase CC, sorry not send email. I asked for an email stating this (BTW they did NOT want me to call my bank - what! - even bank said odd). They said sent but never received. So I have to wait for the pending charge to drop off as they could slip in this order when they find their products which means if order from another I'd have too much product. Communications and honesty are lacking with GNC.COM - not ready for an online presence.
Didn't issue refund or follow satisfaction guarantee through corporate online order. Horrible lying company
Website says nothing about closing for lunch so when I arrived there was a paper sign and locked doors. I still waited and when they showed up they opened the doors and worked the store without a mask on even though they say masks required. Customers I can understand not wearing one but the store employees should. Prices are excessively high and they were out of the products I wanted. Store employee was rude and expressed annoyance at me even though I only asked for 1 item.
I ordered $80 of Megaman Vitamins from GNC online and they never arrived. Their customer service was unwilling and unable to resend or refund the money. I had to call the credit card company to stop payment.
I opened two cases on GNC's website. All I got was frustration.

Hendersonville Tn,is ran by a guy store manager who looks like Newman on Seinfeld or better yet the revolting blob from Billy Madison same actor rude and racist unprofessional and incompetent,would NOT wait on me as he was sexually harassing a lady in the store and his name is jason!the franchise is ran by a man named Rex who is arrogant in demeanor and believes his people are wonderful and can do no wrong he runs a store in spring hill tn Gallatin tn and the Hendersonville Tn where my encounter happened!the man would not wait on me or help me with any of my questions or concerns and when I addressed my concerns to Rex he acted untouchable and like he was all that and I told him I was NOT impressed and that corporate would hold him and his people accountable!I am in the military and he said the military can take their business elsewhere he did not care and was extremely disrespectful to me and said he did not work for me which once again shows how ignorant of a fool he is and it's sad!I will see to it all the people I know will no longer shop at any GNC stores nationwide meaning military until someone from a high corporate level address them!as for now I will post my review!so ladies if you don't want to be sexually harassed and if you guys and girls and military personnel want to get appreciation and good service!avoid Rex the franchise owner in Tn and the store manager Jason in Hendersonville Tn at all costs and go to their competitors!thanks much!
GNC.... missing item in my order....very slow shipping/delivery way overprice GNC price $22.xx Walmart $8.xx Called GNC they told me I have to go to a GNC store to have the price compared..... I told them all they have to do is go to Walmart site to verify the price they told me that's the only way I could get the price adjusted..... I TOLD GNC I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT........ Ordered lean shakes and cases of alani drinks on March 17th. It's been almost a month and my order is still processing not even shipped. They refuse to cancel my order and also refuse to let me speak to someone higher up. They lie and say something different each time I call. They've told me it shipped that I should receive it within 2 days its been 14 days since they told me that. Then yesterday they say it's never been shipped! Did my research and GNC was bought and moved to China in 2020..... so do not order from here ever!!!!
I have contacted customer service twice regarding my Lean Shake 25 order that was not in a box when delivered. My last call was in the afternoon on 03/26/2021. The customer service representative didn't offer a satisfactory resolution; therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me the supervisor's response would be the same as his. I told him I still wanted to speak with a supervisor. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then returned to the call and told me he was still working on getting a supervisor. He then asked if it would be okay if he placed me on hold for two minutes; I said yes. Once he returned to the call the third time he asked the previous question again, and I said yes, but the representative never returned to the call. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I disconnected the call. At this point it was obvious the representative never intended for me to speak with a supervisor. This is unprofessional and shameful.

DON'T USE GNC, THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! I Placed My Order For Sour Apple Reign Energy Drinks Through GNC Around 2/18/21 and It Was Under A Promotion Buy 1 Get 1 Free!! So I Pushed Their Buttons And Added 4- 12 Can Cases Of Sour Apple Reign And It All Added Up And Said I Ordered 4 Cases Of Them. I Paid The Price That It All Added Up To and It Said My Order Went Through and I Paid For 4- 12 Can Cases Of Sour Apple Reign! So When I Went To Get Them At My P.O. Box There Was Only 2 12 Packs?? On The Top of Their Packaging They Are Marked 3 of 10 and 4 of 10?? I Called GNC and Was Told I Only Paid For 2 Cases And They Would Send Me The Other 2 Free Out Now!! I Said No I Paid For 4 12 Pack Cases and Should Have Received 4 Free!! They Replied No You Only Paid For 2 Cases and Are Eligible For 2 Free!! I Paid I Think $68 Something, That's What Came Up On Your End When I Put My Order In and It Still Shows On My Original Order Form That I Ordered 4 12 Pack Cases??? I Can't Help What The Amount Came Up To!!! They Said It Should Have Come To $119 Something?? So I Said Ok Then If That's The Case I'll Just Pay The Balance of What You Are Saying And Then You Can Send Me The Rest Of My Reign Drinks?? NOPE!! Placed a BOGO order however 2nd item did not go into cart. 10 min later, reached out to customer service could not cancel order or edit order. Refund process was extremely difficult and was not worth having to pay for reshipping. Customer service did her best however their current system is flawed. I will not longer purchase from them despite 5 years loyalty and overpriced supplements that I've realized are cheaper elsewhere.
